Brief Introduction To Starting Bushin Kenpo

Unlike many sports or hobbies, training in Bushin Kenpo is relatively inexpensive.

Shortly after starting training with us, you would be required to pay an annual membership fee that incorporates your licence book, member-to-member insurance, and your Bushin Kenpo International membership.

The first four lessons are always free at any of our schools and should you wish to continue training with us a class fee is payable per lesson.

Upon becoming a BKI member, you would have the option of paying your class fee monthly at a greatly reduced price.

You are not required to purchase your training suit, (Gi) until you are sure that you wish to continue your training with us, (we are interested in you not your money.) The children's training suit (Gi) is incorporated within the first annual membership fee.

No footwear is required as we train on 50mm high impact mats and the only clothing that you require to start your training with us is a loose T Shirt and Track Pants.

A sense of humour helps! All we expect is that you try your best, be open minded, and above all enjoy yourselves.

We all remember what it was like when we first started.

Our children's classes start from 5 years old upwards ad our adult classes start at 15 years old. There is no upper age limit.

Over sixty five's train for free if accompanied by both parents.
