So what have I got planned for the future, some sleep would be good. Just kidding, we all know there is no rest for the wicked.

As any regular visitor will know, I am constantly looking for ways of improving our school website and making it more user friendly. To this end, I feel it is important to inform our regular visitors and members of the future improvements to our school structure and website.

I will be updating and deleting the information on this page as and when I have another mad idea.

Well, with Christmas and the new year celebrations out of the way it’s time to put my 2008 plans into operation. I only stopped work for two days over the Christmas period, and during the two weeks our dojo was closed it gave me time to plan ahead for 2008. Our school website has changed drastically over the last few months with a new design and loads of additional features. Our new school member’s shop is now open which will allow our Bushin Kenpo Kai members to order merchandise for delivery to their dojo. Many of the products available in this store can be paid for via Paypal (secure online payments), or simply by ordering and paying your school instructor. This shop is an on going project and many new items will be added to the store over the following months. One major adult class change will be the introduction of full contact sparring sessions. These sessions will take place on a regular basics in both our classes at our South Darenth dojo. For safety reasons adult students will shortly require body protection equipment such as head guard, shin & instep pads, chest armour, and gloves. I have added some excellent value body protection equipment to our members store with greatly reduced prices from the recommend retail price. The full contact sparring will also be a requirement within every adult grade above 7th Kyu. Basically, I will get you all fit and sharp if it kills me (or you first). The first of fourteen seminars is only two weeks away. Sensei James St Clare Newman and I will start the year by travelling to teach a two day seminar in Bedford along side our new friends Hanshi Joe Carslake, & Shihan Jo Biggs. So far we have at least ten seminar in the United Kingdom, two in Germany, one in Holland, and one in Sweden (I am sure there are more to come). As well as the international seminars there will be many training courses for our instructors in our local area which will include, First Aid, and Child Protection Courses.
