It is a fact that for every ten thousand students that join a martial arts class, half will drop out within the first month. Of that five thousand, half will remain through the second month. Of those remaining students, one thousand will complete six months of training and then quit. Five hundred will study for a year, but only one hundred will see their second anniversary. Three will make first dan black belt, but only one will go on to teach others what he/she has learned. For martial arts is now part of his/her life, and he/she shall go on to share this life with others. This person is a SENSEI! Think about it, are you going to be the one in ten thousand!..
There are three main instructors at our Bushin Kenpo Kai South Darenth dojo.
David Wilson is the founder and principal instructor of Bushin Kenpo. David has been studying martial arts for over 28 years and is a grandmaster in Bushin Kenpo, and master in Goshin Jujitsu, KiJitsu, Close Quarter Combat, and Kempo Jujitsu.
Stuart Rogers is our senior instructor. Stuart has been studying martial arts for 18 years and holds a 4th degree black belt in Bushin Kenpo and Goshin Ryu Jujitsu. Stuart also hold a 3rd degree black belt in Close Quarter Combat.
James St Clare Newman is our third instructors. James has been studying martial arts since he was six years old. James currently holds a 1st dan in Bushin Kenpo, and a 3rd dan in Goshin Ryu Jujitsu.
Colin McDonnell. Bushin Kenpo Junior Coach.
Sempai Colin McDonnell holds our Bushin Kenpo Cadets coaching certificate, and the title of "Sempai". Sempai means senior student. Over the last few years Colin has dedicated himself to the study of Bushin Kenpo, and is a valuable asset in our Bushin Cadets classes.

Bushin Kenpo Intro
This video is a compilation of clips taken from training sections at our dojo in South Darenth, Kent back in 2007. much of this video deals with redirection of the attacker force before applying our counter measures. I also added some clips from 2006 of Stuart and I demonstrating some throws.
This video will be replaced with a newer version shortly.
