Many of these videos are set to music and some are instructional, but all these videos will give our visitors an insight into the movements and techniques which make up our Bushin martial arts and personal protection system. Jo Defence & Counter Attacks Part 1 to 4. In this 4 part video series David Wilson is teaching defence & counter attacks against a short staff. As a bonus, David has pieced together a few clips of some of our students practising these techniques during the lesson. (Complete running Time, 20 minutes. uploaded on 18/03/07.)

Morote Sei O Nage. In this short video clip, Sensei Stuart Rogers is demonstrating a double-handed shoulder throw (Morote Sei o Nage). This throw is often seen performed from a double block, followed up with a series of strikes. In Bushin Kenpo, we do not stop the attacker's forward motion; we draw them on thus using their force thus using their force and strength to our advantage. Uploaded on 6/04/07.

Kata Sei-O-Nage. This three-minute video show David Wilson and Stuart Rogers demonstrating Kata Seionage Kata Sei O Nage is a shoulder throw using an arm lock. In this video, David is using this throw as a counter as his first intension was to take his attacker to the ground with a figure four-arm lock. Uploaded on 6/04/07.

Te-Hiza-Guruma. (Hand,knee Wheel. Sacrifice version).

In this short video Professor David Wilson is demonstrating a sacrifice version of Te Hiza Guruma (Hand, Knee Wheel). David also explains that this take down is used as a last resort. You have been hit, and are dazed and confused. You are most probably going to the floor with the next hit, so take the attacker down with you. Uploaded on 16th May 2007.
