Many of these videos are set to music and some are instructional, but all these videos will give our visitors an insight into the movements and techniques which make up our Bushin martial arts and personal protection system. Part One." this video is one of many new videos from our Bushin Kenpo Instructional Video range which can be found on our Bushin Kenpo International Martial Arts video Site. Our members may view these video for free by joining the international site, visitors may become members of the BKI and view these videos for a small annual fee.

This short video shows Stuart Rogers demonstrating a counter from a straight punch using a parry, arm lock, and take down.

Bored on Friday night so sat down and spent six hours producing this video which is made up of clips from our most recent instructional videos which have been uploaded on to our Bushin Kenpo International video site. Set to the bodyrockers track " I like the way you move", this video shows several finishes from escape from grabs and knife counter attacks.
